Vegan Pepperoni pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 ball of whole spelt flour dough
1 tbsp homemade tomato sauce
Vegan grated cheese
Happy V Planet vegan Pepperoni
Dry oregano

PREPARATION

  1. Flour the table surface and stretch the pizza dough into a shape you want.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, grated vegan cheese, sliced vegan pepperoni and dry oregano.
  3. Bake the pizza at 220°C for 5-8 minutes or until you see that the cheese has melted and is starting to brown.

Tip: you can add a splash of spicy oil, if you like, which gives it a very special touch.
